The claim that "Internet Explorer 5 for the Mac is younger than IE6" is inaccurate and misleading.

From the same Wikipedia article:

<blockquote>
However, no major updates had been released since March 27, 2000, aside from bug fixes and updates to take advantage of new features in Mac OS X.
</blockquote>

Perhaps you meant that "IE5 for OS X" is younger than IE 6? Strictly speaking "IE 5.1 for OS X" would be more accurate. Admittedly this doesn't have the same impact as "Internet Explorer 5 for the Mac is younger than IE6," but at least it's true.
