Eoban says:
I work for UITS, the IT department of Indiana University. By some accounts we are one of the largest IT departments in the country; we support nearly 100,000 students across all the IU campuses and more than 5,000 staff. And yes, we don’t support IE6 much anymore, especially with our courseware and portal sites; although we don’t actively prohibit using it, if a user comes to us with any problems with IE6 we almost always tell them to update to IE7 or use another browser like Firefox. –Eoban
